Community Manager, TERA Online

The TERA Community Manager is a dynamic individual with a passion for gaming communities, both online and in-person. The ideal candidate will be well versed with eSports, PvP tournaments, and livestreaming, creating content for social media/forums/blogs, and moderating online interactions. We are looking for a sharp individual who can leverage game expertise and content planning, drive player relationships, engagement, and overall service retention.


    • Interact with the community in-game and through social media channels
    • Produce Twitch livestreams for En Masse Entertainment, and provide SHOUTcast/commentator skills for PvP tournaments and events
    • Provide input on content driven events, updates, and future enhancements
    • Identify issues and trends in community requests and product performance
    • Transfer information to appropriate teams, ensuring prompt response and follow-through
    • Plan and schedule community activities and influencer events, both in-game and out of game
    • Produce content for our Twitch channel, featuring all En Masse games, with a focus on TERA


    • 1+ years’ experience in the video game industry working on an MMO game (includes MMORPGs, MOBA etc.)
    • Expert-level knowledge of social media and current trends
    • Experience managing and moderating socials and forums
    • Must be an experienced eSports/tournament streamer
    • Must be self-motivated, a team player, and possess the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to present new ideas effectively
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and have fun in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to work seamlessly across departments and independently on multiple tasks
    • Comfortable working in a very communicative and passionate team environment

Preferred Skills:

    • Video publishing and/or graphic arts experience
    • Web design knowledge and experience
